Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TeonBot platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use TeonBot. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of service

TeonBot provides software tools for connecting to supported cryptocurrency exchanges, configuring automated trading strategies, and monitoring performance. TeonBot is a technology platform only. We do not custody your funds, execute trades as a broker-dealer, or provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. User obligations

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and exchange API keys.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or unauthorized access to systems.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and exchange rules in your jurisdiction.
  • You are solely responsible for configuring risk parameters, reviewing bot activity, and supervising live trading.

4. Trading risk & disclaimer of liability for losses

Important: We are not responsible for any loss of funds or assets incurred through the use of this platform. Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives carries significant risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading involve substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Past performance, backtests, paper trading, or demo results do not guarantee future outcomes. Volatility, leverage, liquidity, exchange outages, and software errors can cause unexpected losses. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, documentation, and content, is owned by TeonBot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our billing policy. Trials and promotions may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeonBot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and governing law) will remain in effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeonBot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed through the contact information on our website or the support channels listed in your account dashboard.
